Beginning Tuesday January 13th at 3pm UTC, we will be performing a major upgrade to our Gov Cloud environment. If you are on not on Gov Cloud, this maintenance will not affect you.
Maintenance Details: Duration: Up to 12 hours for the upgrade phase, followed by monitoring. Impact: During the initial 12-hour window, full functionality cannot be guaranteed. We will work to minimize disruption, but please plan accordingly. Post-Upgrade: If features remain unavailable after the 12-hour upgrade window, please contact Support immediately.
Important Note: Should you have models that need to be uploaded during this window, please ensure they are saved to your local device until the model is confirmed uploaded and processing.
