The Matterport Cloud will be in maintenance mode on Saturday, April 15th, starting at 3:00pm Pacific Time and ending at 5:00pm Pacific Time, which will limit some functionality to my.matterport.com.
During this period, users will still be able to browse and navigate to their models. However, please note that other functions such as, but not limited to, model processing, purchases, Discover, marketplace access, and notifications will be unavailable. Users will see errors when trying to upload their models.
