Due to a 3rd party E-mail service provider outage, e-mails may be delayed for notifications around orders, collaborator invitations, model processing, password resets, etc. All other my.matterport.com related systems are operational.

Our team is working closely with the 3rd party service provider to fix this issue. Thank you for your patience.
