Intermittent Issues with Support Case Submission and Phone Support
Resolved - The issue affecting our Support systems has now been resolved. Customers should once again be able to submit support cases and contact our Support team by phone as normal.

Our investigation identified and addressed the underlying cause of the intermittent disruptions. We are continuing to monitor our systems to ensure service stability.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this issue may have caused and thank you for your patience and understanding while we worked to restore normal service.
